Adds a simple python script to compare two mlab-ns instance results. (#129)

* Adds a simple python script to compare advertised services from two separate instances of mlab-ns.

* Add numerous improvements to processing and output. Runs in an inchoate loop, which will tally metrics over time.

* General improvements, and better reporting.

* Makes loop sleep for 60s, like the comment says, not 10s (which was used for testing.)

* Adds better variable names. Fixes a bug infer_queueing(). Prints results as CSV. Implments debug logging.

* Uses the x+=n syntax instead of the x=x+n syntax, which is shorter.

* Moves bulk of metrics collection to its own function. Do floating point math by default. Simplify and improve math.
