Add inheritResolversFromInterfaces option (#720)

This adds a `inheritResolversFromInterfaces` option to `addResolveFunctionsToSchema` and `makeExecutableSchema`.

Later on we'll want to support interfaces implementing other interfaces: https://github.com/facebook/graphql/issues/295
