fix(scroll): Fix height scrolling with Table and Tree Plugins

This change the table plugin template using <div> instead of <table>.

It's doesn't seem possible to build a scroll on <tbody> of a table while keeping <thead> always displayed and fixed on top of table. There are some approach described in various technical sources, but those always makes columns width inconsistent between <tbody> and <thead>.
