Remove Delta from transport.

There was a strange bug that I've not been able to reproduce where Delta
was unable to unregister an error listener because there was no
`ee.removeListener` method in the `EventEmitter`. Maybe the
`EventEmitter` referenced was `null`, or maybe it was damaged somehow.
