gitattributes: Suppress diffs on files generated for webview.

Applies to both the generated file we have now, and generated files
from the recent past -- so long as this config is in your working copy
when you look at the log or diff, it'll clean things up even when
looking at the past.  (You can always pass `-a` to `git log` and
friends to treat these like normal text files again, if you actually
want to study the diffs.)
