Update request steps to get body as String from examples table and resolve variables from JSON request body #43

* added resolveJsonVars to parse variables in body in request staps; 
* updated createRequest method to parse body from property, file or argument with variable pasing
* updated wrapper to gradle-4.6-all; 
* updated wiremock-standalone to 2.15.0
