* UnitTest: Serialization of subclasses of extended MessageTypes

The BinarySerializer is broken for types which extend direct
subclasses of MessageType. The failure is exposed by a unit test.
E.g Moved extends Move

The JsonSerializer works for direct subclasses of MessageType.
E.g JsonExtended extends Json

* Make linter happy

* Fixes: bin. message inheritance test, attr.

Fixed small bug in how the unit test for message inheritance were
working.

Fixed attributes collection; inheriting classes were inheriting
the array reference from their parent, and ended up pushing the new
attributes from the inheriting class into the attributes list of
the inherited one.

* Windows fixes
Tests were not running properly.
