[#819] HelpWindow: multiple help windows can be opened (#850)

MainWindow creates and shows a new HelpWindow whenever
MainWindow#handleHelp() is called. This allows multiple HelpWindows to
be opened at the same time by executing HelpCommand, pressing Help menu
button or F1 button multiple times.

Since each HelpWindow is exactly the same, having extra copies is
unnecessary and thus multiple HelpWindows should be disallowed.

Let's update MainWindow to hold and show a single HelpWindow instance.
