Changes:
 - updated the validator to consider parameters, responses and securityDefinitions references containers
 - added a new attribute 'spec_derefered' on the validate_spec result that is the specification with all references resolved
 - did some improvements on validator
 - updated setup.cfg to show coverage lines numbers when missing
 - udpated tox to use python3.6, added flake8-tests env and updated isort-check-tests
 - added an unused definition on testParametersDefinitions.json
 - added the 'parameters' object on root of the tests validation specification
 - did some improves on tests
