Added Workaround For Numerizer [HACK] [TEMP]

Until Numerizer is more configurable, it's still necessary for chronic
duration to work properly. As such, in the current state, chronic
duration implements its own number and fractional lists to bypass
numerizer's list. Again, this is a temporary hack and proof of concept.
