Add ability to manually set label text alignment for label-series. (#768)

* Add labelAnchorX and labelAnchorY props for label-series.

- add props to set label-series labels above/below and before/after the datapoint

* Update label-series docs.

* Modify label-series.js.

- move getTextAnchor and getAlignmentBaseline function definitions outisde LabelSeries
- set textAnchor and alignmentBaseline straight with function calls
