Executable Check for SNAP (#7)

* Add Common Functions

Functions used by several algorithms.

* Del Relative Paths

Improved readability

* Add .to_array Routine

Converts binary files (ENVI, PolSARpro, etc.) or a tif to a numpy array.
Delete relative paths to improve readability.
Delete 'star' import because it puts a lot of stuff into your namespace and you don't know exactly what is imported and can't find place from what module certain thing was imported easily (readability).
Update PEP8.

Check whether executable is on PATH.

Return True if path is an existing regular file.

Change default DEM path from snap. Got some troubles with permission to write!!!
