Navbar: Use nested/locale sources in links

- Generate URL by concatenating from an array of sources/strings.
- Aside from config objects in URLs, allow locale sources, either from
  the properties or the language code itself.
- Allow image to use config and locale data for its source URL.
- Move coverage markers.
