Commit Message

ci: Refresh coverity scan token encrypted variable & do build in VPATH.

It looks like the coverity scan service has reset all of our scan tokens
after the outage. This commit also adds some logic to do the build
instrumented with coverity stuff in a vpath to prevent interference with
the other builds done after.
