Commit Message

update dependencies and refactoring code

    replace flag package with go-flags.
    split the main function so we can safely remove the helpers.
    change the container and datatype apis to be writers
    remove the Err field from the container
    remove bdd bits from where they should test units
    move most of main.go functionalities to app package
