 - Will upgrade docker enviroment to v7.1 and boot script review
 - php-docs cleanup
 - declared return types whenever possible
 - set required whenever safe to do so
 - Upgrade API to version 201802
 - Simple version of HydratableTrait with preProcess
 - Product is now an interface
 - UserListClient is built via pre-process
 - ApiConfigurationInterface is now a single entrypoint for version
 - All endpoints will now use the API version
 - Created AdHoc files and template to match the new endpoints
