<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/ce4ffddfd">Followup on fba58a8e: Uniformly handle siblings nested in list

* There were 2 separate checks for testing specific sibling types
  when nested in the same list. Instead, it is better to simply
  make a generic test for whether node and otherNode are nested
  in the same list.

* Added test case to catch regression. html2wt failure is as expected.
