p2p\cache: var changes on storage and cache indexes, minor changes all around
- use plyvel for leveldb instead of pip's leveldb package
- bugfixes all around
- changes on the vo_service to retry requests
- reasonable p2p timeouts, lower than the ones in vo_service to try again
- deprecated persistent invbatcher, use one for each request
- a bit of changes on the loglevels
- add async jsonrpc client for future testing
- cache agent logics (still broken a bit, need a _huge_ tests session)
- add dedicated jsonrpc logger
- add my real name in the license file :-)
