Tech debt/validator unit tests (#33)

* starting unit test,
asserts in functions :(

* correct_number_of_items refactored and unit tested

* added validate_response_contains_expected_response_only_keys_listed unit tests

* starting key_by_key

* adding a few more list specific tests

* adding dict specific tests

* adding dict specific tests

* key_by_key complete

* missed the final unmatch add test

* validate expected response full start

* moving through full validator tests

* updating keyerror and adding more unit tests

* last line

* re-added full list log as added unit to unmatched_keys_list and adjusted tests appropriately

* fixing incorrect assert
