Connectivity API: improve performance of connectivity information

With the help of the precomputed summary information in the
catmaid_skeleton_summary table, there is no need to compute the node
count on the fly anymore. Using the summary information makes retrieving
connectivity information much faster. In a couple of small tests
improvements up to 35 fold were observed.
