Added _update_hierarchy to Map to replace as non destructive update function (it was causing self.__dict__ and self.attrs to get out of sync. Added merge_value_LUT to automagically merge existing values with new values. simplified decorators.register_built_nodes so that the abstract_grouping is doing all the update work.
