:arrow_up: Update tabulation for `MainMenuItem`

Removed default handler with clicking on the child `<a>` element.
Replaced handler with `:focus-within` element to show the glitch effect
  on the button, event when the child element is focused.
Upgraded Electron to newer version to support new CSS syntax.
