chore(ci): replaced PhantomJS with Headless Chrome

This change simplifies the build as Headless Chrome is now used instead of the PhantomJS /
BrowserStack combo
PhantomJS had bugs that prevented it from running some of the tests (like the
multi-select for example) and TravisCI doesn't allow
for BrowserStack tests to be executed for
pull requests, which means that a PR build wouldn't have full test coverage.

ISSUES CLOSED: Addresses #89 and partially #137
