Formerly server_mode module was adding a ribbon functionality that was broke.
Now we remove the old code and use the web_environment_ribbon module
functionality directly to show the ribbon on our not production instances
automatically.

The ribbon text showed will be the one set in the server_mode parameter (this
overwrite oca functionality that get this text from a ir.config_parameter
named ribbon.name). This text will be automatically updated without need to
update the instance, only need to restart.

NOTE: In order to be able to use we web_environment_ribbon the
oca_dependencies file was updated to follow the oca/web repository
