Fix failing s3 specs

With `#upload_multithreaded`, `Dir.glob` now works by
returning a value rather than yielding a block.

We also assume that our file upload always succeeds
(this is probably dangerous, and should be revisited in the future).

Finally, we suppress our log output by intercepting the `#log`
message to the test subject.
