anbox compiles now :)

* removed subpackages
* building in "$builddir/build" now (before it was "$builddir/.." or
  something, which didn't work with --src)
* use big default cmake command from Alpine's "newapkbuild -C"
* process-cpp-minimal: link against execinfo to fix the missing
  backtrace symbols in the linking step
* build with -j1 (we possibly need to do that for install as well,
  works for me now with ccache. Travis will probably tell.)
