Massive Refactor! All tests are now ran using inferno-compat active and inactive with NodeJS and browsers. Bundle extension have been changed from '.mjs' to '.esm.js' to have better compatibility with Webpack 4. All fixture packaging build libraries have been updated to latest versions. Fixes inferno-core bug where it was possible to patch DOM twice by chaining setStates. Fixed bug where inferno-compat caused inferno-server to render "className" attribute. Improved inferno-compat compatibility with SSR. Removed deprecated components from Inferno-router (IndexRoute and IndexLink).
