Print ASCII characters as is when displaying certificate

When debugging it's useful to have some information (like domain
names) instead of just numbers.

Implementation is copied from
https://github.com/carllerche/bytes/blob/master/src/debug.rs which
is also implemented by me.

Without this patch certificate is printed as:
