Optional "persist on exit" (#128)

* Added persist attribute to capabilities, to block calls to hide() and clear() in device.cleanup()

Added default value assignment of persist attribute in capabilities.
Added conditional in device.cleanup() to skip calls to hide() and clear() if persist is True
Added info about persist in docstring for device.cleanup()
Added test code for persist flag

* Removed unused imports

* Updated minor cut/paste text error

* Added attribute markup to comment
