Reload the page using AJAX to preserve scroll position.

Fixes #22.

I'm sure I broke compatibility with prehistoric MSIE versions ("new
ActiveXObject('Microsoft.XMLHTTP')", what even is that?).

I've only tested this on Chromium and Firefox.

Note that on Firefox `reload.responseType` must be set after calling
`open()`.  (But before calling `send()`, obviously.)
