Config Changes for Docker Nginx Service Addition

Added service name 'web' to allowed hosts in django development config settings. Added Nginx to docker-compose.yml configuration to serve static files thru nginx with the help of gunicorn. Added gunicorn to the requirements.txt file. Added commands to collect static files and launch web server with gunicorn in the initial run script used by the web service in docker-compose.
