:shirt: Fixed pylint warnings

Disabled pylint duplicate-code check because I had to duplicate some of the
tests to test both the pystatsd & datadog statsd clients in the same way.

Also removed unused return statements to get rid of pylint warnings.

Also updated test_requirements.txt to include datadog.
