Commit Message

test: Add test to query size of response in socket TCTI.

This test ensures that the caller may provide a NULL buffer and a
non-NULL reference to a size variable when calling the TCTI receive
function. This should return the required size of the response
buffer to the caller. A second call to receive providing a buffer of
this size will succeed.
