Modal Styles (#378)

* added left and right side split for sections

* This looks like it should do the trick 😉. Needs testing to be sure.

* Fixing the fix.
- added an additional prop to ModalView that get's passed down so that components rendered as a modal (chirldren) can be aware.
- updated media query styling for Sections to flex appropriately.

* updated the auth modal

* updated the forgot password modal and route

* final wierd flex positioning fix wherein scrolling the sections menu caused the tab bar to sit not stay at the bottom of the screen.

* updated to use theme color instead of hardcoded color

* added flex positioning to match Sections
