* only fetch books not already loading

* added new belt definitions, filterpage now works with all tags, allthough only a subset is selectable

* lazy load belts on frontpage, in bookcase filter away books which are not fully loaded

* include react-lazy-load in package.json

* belts without title should not be named ost
