WIP: don't error on a ZERO_RESULTS exception

I think the fix here is right, but the tests in
pombola/search/tests/views.py aren't being run by:

  ./manage.py test -v 3 --settings=pombola.settings.tests_kenya

That is, even the existing tests in that test class aren't being run.
I suspect this is a nose test discovery issue - I've tried renaming

  pombola/search/tests/{views.py,views_tests.py}

... and adding:

  from .views import *

... to pombola/search/tests/__init__.py but neither helped, and I don't
have enough time to investigate this further at the moment...
