Commit Message

Improved logging in code and Dockerfile before release.

- Change print-lines to logging calls so that execution information is collected
  in logfile.
- Installation directory in docker image  is now /opt/stellar-ingest, so that it
  doesn't interfere with shared mountpoint /opt/stellar.
- Docker  startup program  split between  entrypoint  and cmd,  so that  running
  command line ingestion or changing the REST port is not possible.
