Reduced complexity and usage

- The Configurator and Validator are now combined.
- Host no longer allows the usage of regexp (only `|`)
- Prefix now explicitly disallows usage of attributes (this wasn’t supported but now it’s forbidden)
- Section can only be registered at single point. Late resolving had to many issues
- Sections must be configured in the AppKernel (to ensure there parameters are registered prior to any extension)
