Explosives, Shotgun shell crafting, and other explosives inconsistencies. (#23040)

* * Fixed inconsistent shotgun shell usage in crafting recipes.

* * Removed 4 birdshots from shotgun trap crafting (that didn't make sense).

* * Added the flechette and explosive shotgun shell to the recipes as well.
* Fixed inconsistent usage of RDX in the shotgun shell (1 rdx makes a grenade, 10 was used in a explosive shell, reduced it to 1, upped the grenade usage to 2). The shell uses 'EXPLOSIVE_SMALL' and is very short range). Note: both cannot be crafted, only disassembled.
* Fixed the description of the explosive shell. (It had none).

* * Fixed name of exploding arrowhead and exploding arrows (they are now named explosive arrowheads/arrows, just like the other items).
* Added missing cans to store explosives in to explosive crossbow bolt, added missing string, doubled the amount of black_gunpowder used by this recipe. Added soldering iron stuff 10, to the tools. (before you only needed a metal saw for some reason). Added mising mechanics and archery skills to recipe.
* Fixed the crafting recipe of the explosive arrowhead, it is now the same as the explosive crossbow bolt. (all use 'EXPLOSIVE_SMALL'). The difficulty of these arrowheads and arrows is one higher than the crossbow bolts, as arrows are harder to balance and add explosives to than crossbows bolts.
* Reduced the skill requirements for making explosive arrows (the difficult part is making the heads, not the arrow).

* * Forgot landmines. Fixed.

* Fixed black gunpowder amounts. Use the same amount as firearms gunpowder.
