Expand usage of adhesive+cordage requirements, related fixes (#22972)

* Expand usage of adhesive+cordage requirements, related fixes

* Expanded use of `cordage` and `adhesive` requirements to additional mods, most notably Vehicle Additions Pack. Instances where it seemed appropriate to exclude natural cordage were left alone.
* Additionally expanded the use of `adhesive` to most vanilla recipes allowing the use of bone glue.
* Mainlined the additional materials allowed in the recipe for the makeshift first aid kit from More Survival Tools, excluding the allowance of wild herbs, thmye oil, and resinous cord. Main reason's to reduce the need to keep it up to date with mainline.
* Fixed ropes allowing the use of natural cordage. If I recall, makeshift ropes are a thing specifically because Kevin was strongly against any magic allowing conversion of withered plants into thread. Makeshift ropes are a more efficient use of withered plants anyway.
