<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/623774fc2">Unbreak time tracing on nested DOM passes.

* Using yield was effectively causing synchronous DOM passes
  to be spun off and stopped at the yield point screwing up
  with the time accounting currently in place in --trace time

  Check out output of --time trace (with --replay option) on a page
  before/after this patch.

* about ids for tests changed which is why there is one change to
  a parser test and updates to the blacklist.
