Use dynamic VCR cassettes to ensure response returns same values

Some of the tests return the Puente location, but the test is looking for "SanMaceo Example Agency". With dynamic cassettes, we can set the org name to an erb variable and pass that variable in the test, ensuring that the response will always contain our value instead of "Puente".
