Updating AssetMojo to honor the Maven project.baseDir (#1042)

* Refactored the AssetCompiler to construct an AssetClassLoader that includes the project basedir, allowing for AssetMojo execution originating from different working directories

* Using user.dir rather than an empty string in AssetClassLoader
