Jest Tests & Coveralls (#3)

* PageType, Util, Input, and ReadingData tests, removed placeholder tests

* Enabled Coveralls on Travis and added Coveralls badge to readme. 
Now the terrible test coverage is shown to the world.

* Clean build with bsb before running tests.
For some reason there is a strange race condition running a fresh `yarn test`, which caused the build to fail as the test .js files had not been generated in time. So instead a manual bsb build is ran first to avoid this.

* Rename Util to DokuUtil to avoid conflicts with libraries
