Adds class attribute to ExtLinks.

Notes:
1. Positions the class=&quot; ... &quot; immediately after a rel attribute
   to ensure stablity of tests that kept changing between versions
   of this patch.

   An alternative would be to update the normalization routines
   for tests that would ignore attribute order but that is a more
   complex change that can be tackled independently.

2. We&#39;ve agreed not to deal with magic links right now. So, the
   tests for magic links do not have the same CSS classes that
   the PHP parser emits.

3. Changed test: &quot;External links: wiki links within external link&quot; to
   include the word test in front of the embedded wikilink. This test
   has broken wikitext markup and the link gets broken up and without
   the change to the test, looks like an autonumber link. Changing the
   test lets us eliminate a false html2html failure.

   An alternative would be to make this test skip html2html mode.
