Change build step to rollup (#309)

## breaking changes
- files have been renamed to `html5sortable` and are now in separate files for es6, css, and iife.
	- iffe (loading file via script tag): `dist/html5sortable.js` or `dist/html5sortable.min.js`
	- ES6 Module: `dist/html5sortable.es.js`
	- CommonJS Module: `dist/html5sortable.cjs.js`
	- AMD Module: `dist/html5sortable.amd.js`

## other changes
- src file is now an es6 module in a typescript file (but not converted to typescript yet)
- rollup transpiles to es5 so es6 syntax can be used in the src file.
- gulp was removed and rollup replaces it
- only iife has a minified version
