fix(options.coffee): Make "--reporter" alias match that for Mocha

The application's "--reporter" alias has been '-r'. It has been changed to match Mocha's alias '-R'
for the same option (passthrough).

BREAKING CHANGE: Alias "-r" will no longer be used for "--reporter"; use '-R' instead.
