Fix docker push (#41)

* Modify docker push script to correct tag and push syntax

* Change rollup version in package.json to update. Modify rollup configs to match new conventions. Remove unneeded leading / characters on file paths in Dockerfile.

* Modify .travis.yml and docker_push.sh to install awscli through pip as a travis command instead of through npm in the shell script

* Add flag to ecr login command in docker_push.sh
