apidoc overhaul

Got rid of the mostly useless structure generated by sphinx-apidoc,
replacing it with a manual layout.

Still lots of uses of :members: in :autoclass: but in wms_core.operation,
base, on_goods and splitter are entirely switched to the new style (explicit
list of attrs and methods, use of attrs docstrings).
Too bad one can't use section titles inside an :autoclass:

Also, added options to show Python source code, removed build warning
about LICENSE.
