* Restructure package layout and add groovy docs

Description

This pullrequst update the package layout to have he same structual
layout as all other `wooga` plugins. It also adds groovy documentation
strings.

![CHANGE] package structure
![ADD] groovydoc comments to public classes and methods

* Fix broken tests

The test for versionCode generation was broken for a long time.
We changed the default release scope from minor to patch.
